The way to reach PrinterTutor is by email.
We use email only. There is no phone line, live chat, contact form or postal address for the site.
What you can write to us about
- Corrections: a step that didn’t match your system, or something out of date. Please include the lesson’s address and, if you can, your operating system and printer type.
- Lesson ideas: a printer task we haven’t covered yet.
- Accessibility: any part of the site that is hard to use with your device or assistive technology.
- Privacy requests: questions about personal information you have sent us by email. Our Privacy Policy explains how these are handled.
What we can’t help with
PrinterTutor is an independent educational website, so we are not able to:
- connect to your computer, take calls or provide one-to-one technical support;
- repair printers, handle warranty claims or support cases for any manufacturer;
- send drivers or software. Download those only from the manufacturer, Windows Update or Apple.

Before you send
Please don’t include passwords (including Wi-Fi passwords), payment details or other sensitive information in your email. We will never ask you for them. We only use what you send to read and reply to your message, as described in our Privacy Policy.
